SCE Enterprise is Working With Attitude
SCE Enterprise has been selected by the Scottish Funding Council to develop a project which examines new approaches to the effective use of skills in Scotland.
The project, titled Working With Attitude, will address skills utilisation in the creative and tourism industries, looking into personal development and effectiveness in the workplace and ultimately aiming to improve retention in the workplace.
Shaun Marley, Head of Business Development at SCE Enterprise, said, "This project will allow us to determine how best to utilise skills and translate them into increased productivity to help organisations emerge much stronger from the current economic downturn."
SCE Enterprise will lead a partnership which includes Adam Smith College, People 1st and Skillset.
