Successful completion of this qualification will provide the knowledge needed to work towards Associate professional membership of the CIPD.

Assessment

CIPD approved assessment is continuous and based on a range of methods

Entry Requirements

Applicants should already have completed a CIPD Foundation qualification or be currently working in HR and don't have a professionally recognised HR qualification.  Applicants will also need to be able to demonstrate clear written and oral skills and be able to participate in group discussions and activities.

It is also a requirement of the course that applicants are registered with and have membership of the CIPD at the start of the course.
