Training Requirement
Health and safety training for senior members of Miller Construction across their network of UK offices, to achieve the IOSH Safety for Senior Executives qualification.
Training Solution
The course was designed for those with strategic responsibility for determining and implementing effective health and safety management in the organisation. The IOSH Safety for Senior Executives course was adapted to take into account specific issues affecting Miller Construction and their policies and procedures.
The one day course was delivered in-house at their premises in Edinburgh, Newcastle and Guildford. The course consisted of lectures, discussions and tutorial sessions followed by a multiple-choice test paper.
Training results
All 31 members of the senior management team achieved the qualification and the company was pleased with the service provided by SCE Enterprise.
